To be successful in this role: -

  • Recruitment experience of 2+ years is required

Your role will focus on:-

  • Listening closely to the needs of clients.
  • Being meticulous in obtaining job briefs, clearly outlining actions and expectations.
  • Ensuring that each candidate presented is of the highest quality and meets the brief.
  • Assisting the BDM with signing new clients, negotiating fees and clarifying Ts and Cs.
  • On the candidate side, managing applications and passive database with skill and efficiency.
  • Screening, interviewing and reference checking.
  • Providing advice and assistance with resumes and interview preparation.
  • Communicating consistently with candidates to ensure they feel valued and supported.
  • Attending industry networking events to build partnerships.
  • Working closely with the BDM in learning the industry.

Bring your recruitment savvy and people skills, and you will be trained and fully supported, working closely with the business BDM to gain a deep understanding of the hospitality industry.

Starting in an ‘associate’ role supporting the BDM who primarily deals with clients, whilst you work with candidates, over 6-12 months rise into 360-degree recruitment handling both candidates and clients.

Part of your training involves fortnightly fine dining in great restaurants. The team enjoys monthly socials and events. Lots of close friendships are formed in this vibrant team.

Earn above average base and rising commissions – the pro rata equivalent of $100K+ in base and commissions when ramped up, with potential to double when you are ready for full time 360° recruitment.
