Team Leader Hospitality
About the role
The role of Team Leader Hospitality manages a small team and ensures the provision of a range of functions, events and hospitality services at Centre for Theology and Ministry (CTM).
This role takes a lead in events and hospitality, and works in partnership with others to ensure events are delivered and promoted to client satisfaction. With a keen eye on customer service, the role ensures the delivery logistics, timely accurate administration, a safe and comfortable venue and attentive staff.
The role provides financial support including finance and budgeting, and ensures that all aspects of the on-site accommodation facility Maclean House are maintained and promoted to increase reservations.
This role develops and maintains excellent relationships with key customers, including students, presbytery, and congregation members.
